Work on hosting people don't have to think about

Everyone here answers tickets, including the people who write the platform. It is the fastest way we know to find out what is actually broken.

What the work looks like

Managed hosting is unusual in that the customer's problem is very often not your code. Someone installs a plugin that ships a fatal error, a theme update changes a template, a store starts taking ten times its usual traffic. The job is to know WordPress well enough to tell the difference quickly, and to care enough to fix it rather than close the ticket as out of scope.

That means we hire people who are comfortable moving between a support conversation and a server, and who would rather ship a change that stops a class of tickets than answer the same one forty times.

Everyone takes a share of the support rotation, including engineering. If that sounds like a red flag rather than a feature, we are probably not the right place.

Nothing open right now

We would rather show an empty list than keep stale adverts up. When something opens it will be posted here first.

Send one anyway

If you support WordPress sites for a living and the description above sounds like your kind of work, write to us. Tell us about a problem you diagnosed that turned out not to be what everyone assumed — that tells us more than a CV does.
