Start wherever suits you. If none of it fits, write to us — a real engineer reads every ticket, any hour of the day.
Where to look
Find it yourself
Most things are faster to look up than to ask about, so we would rather you found them without us.
01
Documentation
How the platform behaves — caching, staging, backups, runtime limits and DNS.
02
Knowledge base
Short fixes for the problems that bring people to support most often.
03
WordPress guides
Longer pieces on running a site well, useful whoever hosts it.
04
Platform status
What we monitor, how incidents are reported, and what a missed target is worth.
05
Common questions
Migration, visit limits, plugins, WooCommerce, data location and leaving.
06
Changelog
Platform changes that could affect how your site behaves, dated and explained.
Ask a person
Every ticket reaches an engineer who works in WordPress daily and has access to the servers your site runs on. There is no scripted first line to get past and no upsell attached to the answer.
It helps to send the site URL, what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when it started. If you already tried something, say so — it saves us both suggesting it again.
Pre-sales questions go to the same queue as customer tickets. You do not need an account to ask whether we can host something.
Contact support
1
Email us with the site URL and what you are seeing.
2
An engineer picks it up and replies, day or night.
3
We stay on the thread until it is actually resolved, not until it is explained.

Not a customer yet? Ask anyway — pre-sales questions get the same treatment.
