Platform status
What we monitor, how we report it, and what you are owed when we miss the target.
This page will publish live component health once our monitoring feed is wired to it. Until then it will not show a green tick it cannot stand behind — a status page that reports "operational" through an outage is worse than no status page at all. For anything happening right now, email support and you will get a straight answer from an engineer.

How we handle incidents
When something is degraded we say so here and in an email to affected accounts, not only after it is fixed. During an incident this page is updated on a fixed interval even when the update is that we still do not know the cause, because silence reads as nobody looking.
Uptime and credits
We publish measured uptime every month whether we hit the target or not. When we fall short of the commitment in your plan, the credit is applied to your next invoice automatically — you should not have to notice an outage, work out what you are owed, and then ask for it.
Subscribe to incident notifications by emailing support and asking to be added. A self-serve subscription option will land with the live feed.
